Why Has the World Gone Off Course

Why has the world gone off course? Because even those who were awake have fallen asleep. It is not that the world lacks clear-sighted individuals; rather, it is that they:

·      See the truth but choose silence;

·      Know the reality but choose to accept the status quo;

·      Understand the situation but choose to drift with the tide;

·      Feel the injustice but choose to stop questioning.

·      Consequently, merely scraping by has become humanity’s supreme "wisdom."

Thus, one person awake lacks the strength to change things; a group awake but feigning sleep leaves the truly "clear-sighted" in a state of helpless isolation.
